How sortd works

Finding camps and classes in Ireland
just got a lot easier.

sortd is a free, parent-curated directory of kids' holiday camps and weekly term-time classes across Dublin, Wicklow, Meath and beyond. No algorithms. No ads. No WhatsApp groups to join. Just every camp and class, in one place.

7
Instagram accounts to follow before you'd see every option in your area
3

Three steps
From chaos to a sorted summer.

No account needed. No app to download. Works on your phone right now.

01
Choose camps or classes, search your area

Start from the homepage, or head straight to Camps or Weekly classes. Type your eircode or area — or just browse. Filter by age and day of the week to narrow it down. Every live listing across Dublin, Wicklow, Meath and beyond, not just the ones you happen to follow on Instagram.

Try: "D13" or "Malahide" or "Tuesdays"
02
See everything at a glance

Each listing shows you exactly what you need — which weeks or days it runs, what age it's for, what time it starts, how much it costs, and where it is. No clicking through three different websites. No "DM for details." Just the info, right there.

What makes sortd different
Built by a parent. For parents.
📍
Real local knowledge

Every listing is researched and added by hand — not scraped from a database. If it's on sortd, a parent has checked it out.

🔍
Actually searchable

Filter by eircode or area, age and day of the week. Find exactly what you need in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes.

📅
Camps and classes, side by side

Holiday camps for the midterms and summer, weekly classes for term time — searched the same way, shown the same way, so you're never stuck piecing it together from different sources.

💸
Always free for parents

sortd is free to use. Always. We make money from camp providers who want to be more visible — not from the parents trying to find them.

📲
No app needed

Works in your browser on your phone. No download, no account, no login. Open sortd-ireland.ie and you're ready to go.

🔄
Updated constantly

New camps and classes added every week. Status updated as places open and fill. If something changes, we update it so you don't have to chase it.

Questions
Things parents ask us
Is sortd free to use?
Yes — it's free for everyone. Free for parents to search and browse, and free for providers to list a camp or class. The Partners portal offers optional extra visibility for providers who want it, but sortd itself is free for everyone.
I run a camp or class — how do I get listed?
We'd love to have you. Head to sortd-ireland.ie/list — it's free and takes about three minutes. If you'd like more visibility or better placement, check out the Partners portal.
Do I need to create an account?
No account, no login, no app to download. Just open sortd-ireland.ie on your phone or computer and start searching. That's it.
Do you have weekly classes too, or just camps?
Both. Camps covers holiday camps for midterms and summer; Weekly classes covers term-time activities like swimming, dance, GAA and more. Use the nav to jump straight to whichever you need, or search from the homepage and pick a type.
How do I actually book?
Click through on any listing and you'll go straight to the provider's own booking page or contact details. sortd doesn't take the booking — we just help you find the camp or class. You book directly with the provider, usually online, by email or by phone.
Are all the listings on sortd verified?
Every listing on sortd is researched and added by hand. We check the details directly from the provider's website, Instagram or by contacting them. That said, details can change — always confirm with the provider before booking, especially for dates and prices.
My area isn't covered yet — when will it be?
We started in north Dublin and are expanding across Leinster — Wicklow and Meath are already live, with Kildare, Louth, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Longford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford next. The fastest way to get your area covered is to email us a recommendation and we'll add it.
How do I know if places are still available?
Each listing shows a live status where we have it — "Live Now" means booking is open, "Waitlist" means it's full but you can still join the queue. We update this regularly, but always check with the provider directly for the most up-to-date availability.
Do you have a newsletter?
We've moved to Instagram for updates — it's where new camps and classes, open spots and last-minute changes get posted first. Follow @sortd.ireland to stay in the loop, no inbox required.
